Basic Obedience Training
Our Basic Dog Obedience Training in Long Island, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island, and
Manhattan consists of (7-9) puppy or dog training lessons, on leash. Our basic dog training covers the
following commands: walk on a leash nicely (no pulling) and automatically sit, when you stop, sit, down,
come, place (go to your doggy bed), leave it, drop it, and leave it, also common puppy behavior problems
such as: Jumping, nipping, digging, couter-surfing, going through the garbage, and assist with anything that
you bring to our attention.
This basic obedience program is tailored for the following potential members: new puppy owners, person that
don’t plan on really spending a lot of time with their dogs or puppies outside, and just for dog owners that opt
not to participate in Dedicated Dog Training’s specialty on and off-leash dog board and train program or
off leash dog training lessons. However, many puppy and dog owners have after completing this course
signed up and became members of our signature dog board and train off leash program or our private dog
training off leash program.
Basic dog obedience training is in my opinion a must for every puppy and dog. Now please, this doesn't
mean you must hire a professional Long Island Dog Trainer, such as Dedicated Dog Training in Long
Island ( just kidding). However, providing some sought of rules and limits especially with puppies, who turn
into bigger puppies in the blink of an eye.
